My fitness journey started as a teenager and has evolved into more than 30 years of fitness experience and 6 + years as a qualified Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer. I bring a wealth of knowledge, passion, and empathy to every client I work with. My specialty lies in helping individuals overcome long-term injuries, back pain, and complex health conditions—empowering them to move with confidence, reduce pain, and build lasting strength.
