My fitness journey started as a teenager and has evolved into more than 30 years of fitness experience and 6+ years as a qualified Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer. I bring a wealth of knowledge, passion, and empathy to every client I work with. My specialty lies in helping individuals overcome long-term injuries, back pain and complex health conditions—empowering them to move with confidence, reduce pain and build lasting strength.

I’m a Level 4 Personal Trainer with 30+ years of fitness experience and advanced training in injury recovery and body transformation.
What do you specialise in?
My speciality is Strength training for women e,g 20 years old plus, peri menopausal, stay at home mums who do the school run, new mums getting back into shape, hypertrophy training (progression over time) Strength training, women who suffer from arthritis, rheumatoid, osteoporosis which will helps with bone density.
What areas do you cover for personal training?
I provide personal training in Reading, Berkshire at Pure gym. Online coaching is also available for clients outside these areas. Focusing more on on-line, all areas are all welcome. targeting people who are: Working professionals, Individuals with family or other major commitments
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes - enjoy a free 20-minute consultation and posture assessment to discuss your goals and create a tailored fitness plan. Testing posture corrective assessment, analysing the body to identify which muscles are long and weak versus those that are short and tight, giving the correct exercises to balance the body and focusing on technique which will enhance better performances whist training.
What types of training do you provide?
I offer weight loss, strength training, postural correction, and body transformation programmes, tailored to each client’s needs.
Can I get nutrition advice with my training plan?
Yes, most programmes include personalised nutrition guidance to support your training goals and boost results. Focusing on Macronutrients, how much protein, carbs and fats they should be eating to gain leaner muscle mass and losing that stubborn fat.
How soon will I see fitness results?
Most clients notice visible changes within 4–6 weeks, depending on consistency and lifestyle habits.
Do I need a gym membership?
If training at Pure Gym Reading, you’ll need a membership or guest pass as they are reasonable priced.
Do you offer online personal training?
Yes - I provide online coaching with customised workout plans, video sessions, and regular progress check-ins. People in remote areas, those who prefer a self-paced approach, younger generations (e.g., ages 25-34): This age group has shown a high likelihood of using online courses, being naturally fluent in digital engagement and adapted to online learning methods, those who find the gym intimidating and Individuals with physical disabilities
Can you help with injuries or back pain?
Absolutely. I specialise in Lower back, back pain management, and improving posture through corrective exercise.
